Flamenco House Brisbane is a group and a dance school based in Brisbane, Australia, dedicated to sharing the depth, strength, and beauty of this powerful art form.

 

Directed by Diego Pérez, Flamenco House Brisbane brings together dancers, musicians, and singers to create a space where tradition, creativity, and community meet. Our classes, performances, and cultural events are designed for both beginners and experienced artists, welcoming people from all backgrounds who feel drawn to Flamenco.

Flamenco is an art form with centuries of history, born in Andalucía - Spain,  from the fusion of music, dance, and traditions of different cultures. In 2010, Flamenco was officially recognised by UNESCO as 'Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity', acknowledging its cultural, historical, and emotional value.

 

The mission of Flamenco House Brisbane is to honour this heritage while keeping it alive and evolving in Australia, offering authentic training, meaningful artistic experiences, and a sense of belonging for those who are far from home but connected through music, movement, and shared passion.
